Hi Everyone
Been awhile since our last update. Our team has been working days and nights handling with all the logistic issues, and answering any usage/technical questions you might have. Anyway, we are excited to see that most of you are enjoying your BEDDI!
Improving BEDDI (Response needed)
We understand BEDDI might not be perfect yet and we appreciate all of the constructive feedback and bug report you have sent us. We have already posted several app updates on bugs and improvements, and have a to-do list of over 100 items! In order to help us prioritize the features, we would appreciate if you can fill out this survey to help us better understand your experience with BEDDI and your daily routines. Shipment

Hi Everyone,
I know more people have received their BEDDI but not everyone yet, and we sincerely apologize for the delay. We underestimated the logistics difficulties and over-promised everyone. Anyway, here is the latest status:
US Backers Shipment
Amazon has started shipping out our orders! Roughly 20% has been shipped out, and the balance should be shipped out within next week based on latest Amazon schedule. I understand we have promised shipment complete last week, but Amazon kept changing the "estimate delivery" date on us and we can only report the information we received from them. Also, they have unexpectedly breaking individual order into separate shipments. So backers might have only received 1 of their 2 BEDDI, or just received a cable (for those early backers who shared our campaign). But the entire purchase order will be ship complete eventually. We have been in contact with Amazon customer service every day to try to resolve the issues, but their service has been disappointing.
Feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you have any questions regarding your shipment, but to be honest, Amazon will send out a tracking number to you as soon as the shipment is sent. And before that, there is not much additional information we can provide unfortunately. But we will keep on contacting their customer service every day to push for shipments.
International Backers
We have finally managed to ship out all orders from our Hong Kong. I know we took longer than we promised too and sorry about that. We have tried to send everyone a tracking number but some of the emails couldn't get through due to our server issue. We didn't want to spam everyone's inbox again, and we know that DHL would contact the recipients when the package is arriving. Anyway, please email us at [email protected] if you have any inquiries.
Product & App Feedback
We have been receiving many constructive product & app feedback from backers. Some of issues were due our negligence (ie, bugs), and some were features/use cases that we never thought of. We understand BEDDI is not perfect yet and we appreciate your comments and feedback to help make BEDDI better! Please send your feedback to us at [email protected] and we will continue to improve the BEDDI experience for everyone. Thanks for your patience and understanding!

Hi all,
I know that some of you have received your BEDDI already (Horray!!). For those who haven't, no worries and here is the latest status:
US Backers Shipment
Our goods have arrived Amazon but it's not showing up on our inventory list yet. It's taking much longer than we expected (maybe they were too busy with the Prime Day sale). Anyway, they have replied and said the goods will be process these couple days. We have already uploaded all shipment info on their server, so we expect the goods will be sent out within this week.
International Backers Shipment
We have sent out a set of goods on Friday and Monday, and have sent out the balance today. We were going to consolidate all tracking numbers and then send to everyone. But DHL is too efficient and have delivered some of the goods even before we had the chance to send out the email. Anyway, so please don't be surprise if you see a BEDDI on your doorstep today :)
App
We will continue to improve the BEDDI app. We will add http protocol and IFTTT maker channel in next update (along with some bug fixes), and are working on smartthings integration. One of the backer was kind enough to share his experience on smartthings which helped us a lot. We would love to hear your feedback on the app!
Languages/Localization
BEDDI app is in English only at the moment, and we will continue to add other languages. One of the BETA testers was kind enough to provide us with German translation. If you don't mind helping us to translate, please send us a private message and we will make sure to prioritize your language!
